Terms & Conditions for RythuFresh_Sec
- Market Price Fluctuations: Fresh fruit and vegetable prices change daily in the Monda Market retail market. The prices listed on our website at the time of your order are final and will not change when delivered the next morning.
- Weight Deviations: Fresh vegetables can lose a tiny amount of weight due to natural moisture evaporation during morning sorting and transit. We always aim for exact weights, but a minor weight variation of up to 5% is acceptable for fresh produce.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If a specific vegetable you ordered becomes unavailable or is of very poor quality at Monda Market in the morning, we will not deliver it. We will immediately issue a full refund for that specific item to your bank account.
- Delivery Timing Slot: All orders are fulfilled during our fixed morning window between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the fresh goods.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is attempted within the scheduled slot and fails because the customer is unreachable, the order will be cancelled. No refunds will be provided for Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payments since fresh vegetables cannot be re-sold.
