- Service Areas: We deliver exclusively within a designated local radius of Monda Market, Secunderabad, Telangana. Orders with delivery addresses placed outside our operational zones will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
- Next-Morning Delivery Slot: All orders collected on our website by our evening cutoff time are processed and packed fresh the following morning. Delivery occurs strictly between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Order Cutoff Time: Our daily website ordering window closes at 9:00 PM every night. Any order placed after 9:00 PM will be shifted to the following day's morning delivery schedule.
- Delivery Surcharges & Free Tiers:
- Orders are subject to distance-based shipping fees as calculated at our digital checkout screen.
- Local neighborhood zones receive 100% Free Delivery on all orders meeting our minimum order values (₹450, ₹700, or ₹900 depending on location distance).
